Grant Thornton’s Fifth Annual Food & Beverage Industry Forum took place on Thursday, December 8, 2011 at the City Club in San Francisco. This year’s event consisted of keynote speaker Derrick Roth, Executive Director, West Coast Consumer and Retail Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley, as well as a panel of food and beverage executives from the following companies: Donsuemor, Encore Consumer Capital, Kendall Jackson, Peerless Coffee & Tea and Off the Grid. Food and beverage executives enjoyed a thought-provoking dialogue, which explored what is making companies successful in today’s economy.
Grant Thornton LLP’s Greater Bay Area office held its fifth annual Food and Beverage Industry Forum at The City Club in San Francisco. A distinguished panel of top industry executives shared their perspectives on changing consumer preferences, volatile commodity prices, private labels, expansion, growth drivers, culture, branding, and social media.
Recently, Grant Thornton LLP’s Greater Bay Area office held its fourth annual Food and Beverage Industry Forum at the City Club of San Francisco. More than 100 food and beverage industry executives from more than 50 companies in the San Francisco Bay Area attended this year’s event. With some attendees traveling all the way from the Central Valley and the North Bay, the guests represented a generous sampling of the industry, from small family-owned businesses selling organic products to large corporations offering internationally known brand-name goods — all in all, a distinguished roster showing off the characteristics of the Bay Area’s food and beverage industry as it exists today. In the spotlight at the night’s event was a diverse panel of top industry executives.
